Sunsets

I’ve been a serious sunset watcher for most of my life. One early memory is from when I was a dishwasher at a Sandy’s restaurant. The dishroom hada built-in ladder that went to the roof. My breaks were timed so I could climb the ladder and see the setting sun. (Picture the last scene of THX-1138). Since then I’ve watched tens of thousands of sunsets and photographed thousands. The turning of the earth holds a continuing engagement. Can doing something different circumvent a cliche ?
